I’m a Human Resources Professional and Caregiver who has built a career at the intersection of compliance, compassion, and community well-being. With over 7 years of experience in HR, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management, I’ve helped businesses strengthen retention, stay compliant with labour laws, and build engaged teams — skills I’m ready to deploy for Canadian enterprises navigating the ever-evolving HR field.

Alongside my HR career, I work in caregiving—bringing the same people-first approach, attention to detail, and commitment to dignity into direct care settings.

My toolkit includes HRIS/HCM platforms (BambooHR, Workday, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce), a strong grasp of the Canada Labour Code, Ontario Human Rights Code, OHSA, WSIA, and PHIPA, as well as certifications in First Aid & CPR, AED, Food Handler, Smart Serve, and my professional certifications for PSW and CHRP are (in progress).
